In this engaging roundtable discussion, participants will have the opportunity to openly discuss their strengths and challenges in cultivating relationships with corporate clients. Attendees will leave with concrete, actionable steps to further develop their professional practice. Our focus is on fostering a marketing and discovery approach that emanates from a service-oriented mindset, ensuring alignment with the values integral to coaching practices.
Participants will:

Marie Deveaux is an executive leadership coach whose mission is to magnify the voices and agency of women and minorities in their workspaces.
Marie started her career in Americorps, serving youth in under-served communities. That led her to a robust career in education and management which eventually led her to the Director of Training and Development position at one of the largest charter school networks in New York City.Marie has brought her training and inclusive workshop interventions to companies such as Facebook, Microsoft, WPP, the 4As, Rocketship Education, Spotify, KIPP New Jersey, and the Ford Foundation.
