11:00am ET

CCEUs- 0.75 Core Competencies and 0.75 Resource Development Credits.

Midlife can be a time of transitions, accompanied by a cocktail of joy, confusion, questioning, and excitement. This is the perfect time for clients to deliberately pause and consider what they want. Working together with other clients in a group coaching format facilitates client growth and connection.

In this class, I will walk coaches through some exercises from Mastering Midlife, a group coaching course, and discuss coaching strategies for various development life stages. You will learn strategies for yourself as well as for your clients.

Clients:

● explore who they have been, who they are, and who they want to be

● learn to live intentionally, choosing happiness and fulfillment

● get clarity on what they want in life

● develop an action plan on how to get it

Coaches learn techniques for coaching clients in developmental transitions. Coaches will experience exercises that they can implement in their own coaching practices. Coaches will learn how developmental psychology and life span theory undergirds client growth and development.
