About Alberto Polloni, PCC, CPCC

I was born and raised in Chile, lived, and studied design in Italy, and moved to the USA thirty some years ago. My precious home is now in Raleigh, North Carolina. A city populated by friendly people and a land of lakes, abundant forests, and gentle, colorful seasons.

After years of fulfilling work in 3 continents as an entrepreneur in the field of brand design, I found my passion for coaching after participating in a leadership program. Later, I completed CTI’s Coach Training and Leadership Program in the USA and Spain, becoming a CPCC in 2008. Then in 2011, I joined the CTI faculty,

My work expands in two main areas. Executive and Leadership Coaching and Coach Training. In the area of executive coaching, my clients are corporate c-suite, organizational and higher education senior leadership. In the area of coach training as a senior faculty at the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI). Since 2011 I have trained about 75 groups of multinational coaches, coming from Europe, North and South America, Asia, and the Middle East. I do this through videoconferencing and in person trainings, both, English, and Spanish. I have supervised hundreds of coaches individually and in group supervisions. I’m also an examiner and have been training faculty trainers since 2016.

I’m intentional about my impact, I operate from integrating Mind, Emotions, Body, and Spirit. I live from the perspective that I’m an eternal being, constantly re-discovering myself and my power. I believe that I’m an essential part of a creative and loving universal experience. My most influential philosopher is Socrates, I believe that he was the first coah, he knew he didn’t know, he has given me the freedom to be in a constant state of failing, learning, and transforming.

My daily purpose is to be fully present, and to promote simplicity, love, and joy. I love cooking, interior design, collecting and creating art, sculptures, painting oils and watercolors. I love hiking, snow skiing and mountain biking. I also enjoy intimate gourmet dinners, dance and challenging conversations about life, politics, and religion with forever friends.

I heard Dalai Lama say once after being asked if there was somebody special in his life, his answer was “I am in love with everyone, and the world is my family”. It called my attention then… now I get it and is pure joy!
