Debbie Laxer specializes in helping others unleash their strengths through coaching. Her ideal client knows that they are "more" and "better" than how they currently behave and are motivated to do the work to make significant changes in how they show up.
Debbie has over 20 years of experience consulting and coaching in a variety of industries including Medical, pharma, IT, Recruitment, Finance and others. Her specialties include post training relapse prevention; “Managing the Forgetting Curve™”, as well as coaching leaders and managers to reach their potential.
Debbie has a B.A and MBA from Concordia University and the professional designation of SPHR from HRCI. Additionally, Debbie is a Certified Business Coach.
Debbie serves as a volunteer coach for the Leadership Triangle and also volunteers as a Guardian Ad Litem supporting children in foster care. Debbie currently serves as the Chair, business and non-profit liaison.
