About ICF-RAC Special Interest Groups (SIGs)

What is a SIG?

An ICF-RAC special interest group is designed to focus on a specific area and provide an opportunity for our members to learn and grow in a certain topic. ICF members and non members are welcome to share their knowledge and experience together by forming a SIG. SIGs are facilitated by ICF-RAC members who have experience/expertise in the topic. The topics can vary from area of interest to professional development.

Requirements to Start a SIG

To be approved, a special interest group requires two or more facilitators and include four or more sessions spread out in time based on the discretion of facilitators. A proposal to start the SIG needs to be approved by the ICF-RAC board.

How do I start a SIG?

The founder of a SIG needs to be a member of our chapter and have at least one partner who will be responsible for the group.  Fill out this form to get the process started. You will be notified within 7-10 days after filling the form in order to move forward.
