Come to meet other coaches at the end of your work day and relax as you engage in dialogue on a current coaching challenge. Every month we will be focusing on a hot topic for lively discussion. The hot topic for this meeting is Radical Radiant Self-Care.

Often we spend the majority of our days focused out on our clients -- which is beautiful...

For this hour and a half we will dedicate time to focusing inward.  By raising our levels of awareness and consciousness and by making healthy choices, we in turn create the space for our clients to do the same. The intention of the evening is to create a safe, respectful place to allow us to lean into and explore our own self-care.
