TOPIC: Staying True to Our Coaching Profession

If we look at the market place today, we can see that most coaches out there are providing their clients with Consulting and Mentoring services versus coaching, as the ICF defines coaching. They however call their services coaching. This makes it quite difficult for the rest of the coaches who are coaching in the pure sense of coaching. Meaning following the ICF Competencies and not offering advice throughout the coaching sessions.
