Suzanne Ballantyne is a Certified Wellness Coach, Yoga Teacher and creator/owner of Simply Practice. Through her wellness practices of Coaching and Yoga, she recognizes the transformational nature of regular practice. Suzanne acknowledges that perhaps “practice makes perfect”, but that’s not the goal, more importantly, “practice makes well; and lifestyle practices for wellbeing deepen our relationships to self, loved ones and our work; bringing a sense of meaning, integrity & vibrancy to the lives we lead.”

Suzanne is a big communicator who joined the Board of our Chapter early in 2014 to be surrounded by the wonderful energy of its coaches and to learn more about promoting both the chapter and her coaching & yoga practice and business, "Simply Practice".
