What is the Surprising Truth About What Motivates Us?

Vickie Bevenour attended a conference recently and was really excited by Daniel H Pink’s keynote based on his book Drive: The Surprising Truth About What Motivates Us. She will explore with us some of his main points as they apply in our lives. He says that people would prefer activities where they can pursue three things:

    • Autonomy: People want to have control over their work.
    • Mastery: People want to get better at what they do.
    • Purpose: People want to be part of something that is bigger than they are.

Vickie Bevenour, MBA, PCC ‘s quest is to get the results her clients want and help them realize their inner potential for unlimited success. Business professionals, especially today, need to build teams that celebrate their strengths, meet their needs and embrace their values. Once a workforce is operating in this space, positive creativity and phenomenal results begin to emerge, and the future is filled with possibilities. She and her company The RDW Group, Inc. "Results Derived from Within” celebrate 2013 Ten years of Coaching Business Professionals to become Legacy Leaders.
