Event Refund Policy
You spoke and we listened!
Effective with the October 2011 meeting, we are instituting a new refund policy as follows:
Cancellations received at least 72 hours prior to an event will be refunded at the full rate minus a 10% administrative fee.
The 72 hour requirement is imposed on us by the venue for planning purposes, so we do not control that.
The 10% administrative fee is required to cover our costs associated with processing purchases and refunds.
