Sackeena Gordon has supported the ICF-RAC chapter for several years. With more than 20 years of corporate experience, she has held numerous roles including strategic advisor, leadership development consultant, corporate coach and Director of Global Learning and Development at SAS. She now provides executive and personal coaching in a private practice, while serving as Director of the Business Coaching Program at NC State University. Sackeena often deliver keynotes at corporate, leadership and women conferences, workshops and retreats.

Sackeena has served on the Board of the ICF-Raleigh area chapter for the past three years as At-Large, VP and President.

"As I start my 10th year of coaching, I want to see the ICF-Raleigh Area Chapter realize its potential to promote the power of professional coaching to clients in our community. I want to see our members become even more engaged, as we transform our chapter into a vital resource for coaching. Our strategic focus is to connect, strengthen and leverage our entire membership, and the clients we serve; so that we can represent the profession in a consistent and credible way, and in so doing, achieve our mission: 'in service of humanity flourishing.'"

I provide proven solutions for organizations to create a coaching culture; align employee’s strengths; enhance communication; increase employee engagement and ability to execute strategy.

I use a proven approach when working with individual clients to create more meaning, abundance, balance, harmony and freedom in their lives. Clients discover and are ready to unleash their full potential, and step into their greatness.

My coaching provides a catalyst to help clients learn more, achieve more and become more by being who they are, living out their strengths and walking in their purpose.
